Guys Cancer Treatment Centre
RMS were employed to carry out the complete Mechanical and Public Health Services fit out to the Private Patient Unit at the Guys Cancer Treatment Centre which is provided by HCA International. The new facility provides both inpatient and day-case facilities including four theatres, ITU department, fluoroscopy and Oncology services over 5,500m2 of floor space, over 4 floors.
The M & P package included new roof mounted AHU’s and ventilation distribution, new LTHW and CHW distributions system c/w fan coil terminal units, underfloor heating, domestic services to kitchens and patient rooms along with a new stand-alone controls system.
