Bread Street Kitchen, St Paul’s

Situated within 1 New Change, St Paul’s, Rydan Mechanical Services undertook the complete design and build services package fit out of Gordon Ramsey’s Restaurant.

The restaurant is set over 2 levels with all services on view , Rydan Mechanical Services worked closely with the interior designers to ensure that the visual intent was maintained along with the spacial coordination of both the mechanical, public health and electrical services.

The project also supported all back of house facilities, services plantrooms, associated gas safe systems and high efficiency kitchen extract filtration so that it could be discharged safely in the St Pauls area.
